Renovation
of the vat room and the cellars of the Estate
We have undertaken a
complete renovation of our cellars and vat room since
November 1999.
This important
renovation ended in September 2003 with some breaks due to
the obvious constraints of our seasonnal activity.
The renovation included :
 A new
underground cellar,
The development of underground storage facilities,
The
renovation of existing cellars and storage facilities,
The
renovation of our vat room and vinification systems,
A new
tasting-room,
The
modification of our main building's architectural
structure and design.
